If you already have a domain name, web hosting, or email services set up with another provider then you could save money by switching to Terra Prime Web Hosting.

If your organization is a non-profit organization based within the United Kingdom  of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or Eire, and is dedicated to local Community Service in your area, you are eligible for our special Terra Prime Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting Plan.

As with our paid Web Hosting plans, the Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting Plan does not include registration of your Domain name, such as .co.uk or .org.uk.

The Terra Prime Web Hosting Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting Plans are subject to the same Terms of Service as our other web hosting plans and are also subject to a one time setup fee of £10.  Web Hosting services and email accounts will be offered based on organization demand, if you find that you need more email accounts then all you need to do is send the helpdesk an email witha request for more email addresses.

We offer Linux hosting as standard however if you require windows hosting then we can provide this for you, please be aware that windows hosting has limited features and that that windows database files have a monthly charge attached to them, this is beyone our control, we suggest that if you can that you use Linux Hosting.

There may be charges for excessive use of disk space, bandwidth and database connectivity  but if this is the case we will advise you in advance so you are aware of what you are using, it is very rare for something like this to happen.

NOTE: A small but visible link to Terra Prime Web Hosting must appear at the bottom of every page on the web-site. On the home page the link should look like this:

  If your local non-profit Community Service organization is in United Kingdom  of Great Britain and Northern Ireland or Eire and does not "exactly" fall into one of the categories listed above, but performs a helpful service for members in your local community, apply anyway! You may still qualify.

To purchase your Non-Profit Community Service Free Web Hosting Plan all you need to do is setup an account and purchace the plan by clicking on buy.

If you need to purchase a domain name at the same time then please do so, if you are moving a domain then add it to the basket and make the required payment.

If you wish to transfer a domain then we recommend it, for .co.uk domain names you will need to change your tag to EXTEND.

If you have decided to keep the domain with your existing registrar then you will need to change the name servers as follows to:-

ns.mainnameserver.com
ns2.mainnameserver.com

It will take upto 48 hours for the nameservers to change.
